Whether we’ve met at a wedding show, you found me online, or someone passed along my details, I’d love to chat or meet up. I want to make sure we’re the perfect fit. After all, I’ll be by your side for most of your wedding day, so it’s important you feel completely comfortable around me!
During our chat, we’ll go over everything—from the lead-up to the big day to what happens afterward. Plus, I’m happy to answer any questions you have along the way!
When you’re ready to book (and there’s absolutely no pressure from me!), it’s time to make it official. I’ll gather a few details from you and send a link to your client portal. From there, you’ll review and sign the contract and pay the retainer. Once that’s done, I’ll be your wedding photographer!
Just a quick heads-up: the contract and retainer must be completed within seven days of receiving the link. I can’t hold your date without them, and I’d hate for you to miss out! 🙂
The Best Part – Capturing Your Wedding!
Now, this is my absolute FAVORITE part! I love capturing your memories and making sure you feel amazing in front of the camera. Many couples worry they’re not photogenic, but trust me—you have nothing to worry about.
I’ll be your biggest cheerleader throughout the day. My approach is all about keeping things fun and relaxed. I’ll guide you with gentle prompts and ideas, helping you feel comfortable so you can truly enjoy the moment. That way, I can capture all the magic naturally.
Reliving the Day Through Editing
Editing is where the magic truly comes to life. I love going through all the incredible moments from your wedding day and bringing them to their full potential.
Depending on the time of year and my workload, it can take up to three months to complete your full gallery. However, I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. To keep the excitement going, I’ll send you five sneak peek photos within 48 hours of your wedding. These little previews will make you smile while you wait for the full collection!
Once your gallery is ready, I’ll send you a link where you can view and share your photos. Your loved ones will also be able to purchase prints if they’d like!
